My Story

I'm Rafael Garcia, but most people know me as Shotbyraf on Instagram. I’ve been a videographer for the past three years, and over that time, I’ve developed a deep passion for capturing the raw emotion, energy, and stories behind high school sports here in the East Valley.

For the last year and a half, I’ve had the privilege of working with Bamboo Productions, a creative team that has helped me grow professionally and connect with some amazing programs and athletes. Through this partnership, I’ve worked closely with schools like Basha, ALA Queen Creek, and SanTan Foothills, helping them elevate their media presence and tell their unique stories.

Whether I’m filming hype content for social media, producing heartfelt banquet films, or diving deep into team journeys through short documentaries, my goal is always the same: to shine a spotlight on the moments that matter most to athletes, coaches, and their communities. I believe sports are about more than just the scoreboard—they’re about passion, growth, and legacy—and I’m honored to help preserve those memories through the lens.
