My Story
I'm Max Vokoun, a broadcast engineer based in Arizona, with a deep passion for the technology and precision that power live television and sports broadcasts. I thrive behind the scenes, making sure everything runs smoothly—from the signal path to the final product on-screen.

My work spans both news and live sports, where I ensure reliable, high-quality broadcasts that audiences can count on. I’ve had the opportunity to work with stations like Arizona’s Family (3TV/CBS 5) and contribute to live sports coverage through organizations like The Sports Zone, where the energy of the game and the fast pace of production come together.

I’m also a key part of the team at Bamboo Sports Media, where I help organize and manage each live stream, ensuring every broadcast is technically sound and delivered at the highest quality. From pre-game setup to final sign-off, I’m involved in making sure each production runs efficiently and professionally.

With a strong technical background and an eye for problem-solving, I’m focused on delivering consistency and quality in every production. Whether it’s troubleshooting on the fly, setting up complex broadcast systems, or supporting crews during high-pressure events, I bring a calm, solutions-driven mindset to every challenge.

For me, broadcast engineering is about more than just cables and signal flow—it’s about being the quiet force behind moments that inform, entertain, and inspire. I'm always looking to learn, improve, and support great storytelling through reliable technology and seamless execution.
