My Story

I’m David Venezia, the photographer behind @davidvenezia_photography on Instagram. Based in Arizona, I specialize in capturing the energy, focus, and emotion of high school athletics. From the big plays to the quiet moments in between, I aim to tell the full story of each game through my lens.

I’m proud to be a contributing photographer for MaxPreps, where my images are featured on one of the most recognized platforms in high school sports. More recently, I’ve also joined the Bamboo Creative Team, a group of talented visual storytellers committed to elevating the media presence of local sports programs. Being part of this team has given me the opportunity to grow creatively and expand the impact of my work.

I shoot with Canon gear, which helps me capture crisp, high-quality images no matter the lighting or action on the field. Whether I’m on the sidelines of a packed football game or courtside at a buzzer-beater, my goal is always the same: to freeze meaningful moments that athletes, families, and schools will remember for years to come.
