Basha Ranked No. 25 In The Nation

The Basha Bears are making waves not only in Arizona but in the country. After a great start to the 2025 season, Maxpreps has now ranked the bears No. 25 in the nation, an accomplishment that cements the program's reputation as one of the powerhouse schools in Arizona High School Football. Their climb in ranking started with a statement win over Brophy High School. Just in the first week of the season, they stopped out Brophy with a 42-6 victory. A week later playing nationally ranked No. 23 Orange Lutheran (CA) and winning 30-24. This win proved that the Basha Bears belonged in the top 25 schools in the nation. After the win over Orange Lutheran, Basha was ranked No. 27. Although nationally ranked, it was not in the top 25. The bears than went into week three showing dominance, rolling past Williams Field with a 42-14 victory that left no doubt. We may only be approaching week four but Basha is looking to be a open championship contender. Arizona has been home of many football powerhouse like Chandler, Hamilton, and Liberty, but now Basha is carving their own path towards national recognition. As Basha continues its season inside the top 25, one questions lingers: Who can stop the Bears?
